Infinity Ward has issued a new patch for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, updating to v1.5 this popular first person sequel.

This patch some multiplayer bugs (press ‘read more’ for changelog and download links). A patch for the non-English versions of Mod Tools is also available for download.

The PC demo can be found here. Update: courtesy of icculus.org, an updated Linux server is also available for download, and with this im currently upgrading our servers!

Fixes

1. Fixed server browser not showing all of the servers
2. The “hold [ ] to steady” sniper scope hint will only appear if you can use it
3. Fixed game not recognizing IWDs existing if they are all in fs_basepath and none are in the main/ folder
4. Made mod scripts able to change stats
5. Allow developer_script for mulitiplayer modding
6. Fixed map rotation errors with usermaps
7. Fixed minimap not showing up in the menu for usermaps
8. Mod tools will now work with other languages

NOTE: Patch 1.5 is not compatible with 1.4. You will not be able to find 1.4 servers if you update.
